Hardware Assembly Hubbell Incorporated United States, Missouri, Centralia 210 North Allen Street (Show on map) May 07, 2026 A Day In The Life Operator willbe requiredto set-up,operate, and to adjust machines and equipment to produce and/or to prepare forshipmenta good qualityproduct. Examples of machines and equipment are, but not limited to, blade folding, riveting, conveying, boxing, banding, strapping, leading, painting, and other departmental equipment. Processes performed will be, but not limited to, assembling, painting, boxing, palletizing, leading, filing, bundling, banding, nutting, sorting, boxing, twisting, and deburring. Operatormaybe requiredto make visual inspections, separate parts,identify, tag, count, record production, record scrap, keep required production records, and other operations asrequired. Operatorwillbe requiredtomaintainmachines,equipmentand workareain a clean and orderly manner. What will help you thrive in this role? Ability to sit and/or stand and perform repetitive work for a minimum of eight hours. Ability to walk,seeand have full use of both hands. Ability to perform highly repetitive work with high weights and much vibration, 22-25 assemblies per minute using eight different motions. Ability to lift and carry 50 lb. cartons a distance of 3 feet and place on a pallet.

Carton is lifted from a height of 6" to 48" at a rate of approximately 40 per hour. Ability to push loaded skids using a force of 20 lbs. a distance of 6 feet, periodically. These physical requirements aregeneralitiesand work may occasionally exceed the specified levels.
