Folder Operators:

$17-$26/hr. (depending on shift)

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate folding equipment according to job specifications Follow written instructions on the job ticket to meet customer requirements Adhere to standard work methods and practices, and safe work habits to ensure efficient and safe production Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills Maintain a reliable work attendance record Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production and quality goals Job Requirements Experience operating folding equipment or comparable skill Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail Must be able to read and understand a job ticket Requires problem-solving ability Must have strong attendance and a good work ethic Ability to work overtime when necessary Basic computer skills to perform data entry and job tracking Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping and standing activities for the entirety of the shift Apply online (including resume) and/or at 1731 Southridge Drive, Jefferson City.
