We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chocolate Candy Packager to join our production team and help ensure every box and package meets our high standards before it reaches our customers. Position Overview The Chocolate Candy Packager is responsible for carefully handling, inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing finished chocolates and confections for shipment or retail sale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing beautiful products, and understands that presentation and quality are just as important as taste . Key Responsibilities Carefully handle and package chocolates, candies, truffles, and other confections. Inspect finished products for appearance, quality, consistency, and proper finish. Arrange chocolates neatly and attractively in boxes, trays, bags, and other packaging. Follow established packaging specifications and product counts. Apply labels, stickers, lot codes, and other required packaging information accurately. Weigh and portion products according to specifications. Prepare finished products for retail display, customer orders, wholesale orders, and shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures at all times. Handle chocolate and packaging materials with care to prevent damage. Assist with inventory of packaging supplies and communicate when materials need replenishment. Work efficiently while maintaining our standards for quality and presentation. Assist with other confectionery production and packaging tasks as needed. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates: Care Precision Reliability Pride in Craftsmanship Experience working with premium or artisan food products is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly use hands for packaging, labeling, arranging, and handling products.
