Job Description
Fence Installer / General Laborer We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Fence Installers and General Laborers. Experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic. This position involves installing a variety of fencing systems while also assisting with general construction and labor tasks as needed. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality workmanship, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Install chain link, ornamental, vinyl, wood, and other fencing systems Measure, layout, and mark fence lines Dig post holes by hand or with power equipment Set fence posts in concrete Hang gates and install gate hardware Stretch wire and install fence fabric Load, unload, and organize materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Perform general construction and labor duties as assigned Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow safety procedures and company standards Work effectively as part of a team Communicate professionally with supervisors and customers Preferred Qualifications Fence installation or construction experience (preferred but not required) Ability to lift 75-100 pounds repeatedly Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Valid driver's license required Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or other equipment is a plus Welding or fabrication experience is a plus CDL is a plus, but not required Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to safely use hand and power tools Willingness to learn new skills Positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when needed Must pass a Background check OSHA-10 (will work with you if you don't have it) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Prevailing wage jobs Overtime opportunities On-the-job training Opportunity for advancement Full-time, year-round work Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time/part time Monday-Friday (occasional weekends as needed) Apply Today If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we'd love to have you on our team.
