HIRING FOR EXRUSION TECHNICIAN JOBS

2nd Shift and 3rd shift 8HOUR SHIFTS 2nd shift is 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM 3rd Shift is 10PM to 6:00AM

• All Interview Candidates must complete a mechanical aptitude test the day of interview. Allow up to 2 hours on interview day
• "Complete operation of all phases of an in-line rubber extrusion operation including set-up, general operation, and quality checks.

Requires strong teamwork skills while working with a small team to meet automotive production needs with minimal scrap." Ensure that operator Preventive Maintenance tasks are completed according to the required schedule. Troubleshoot line operation/settings to avoid deviations from normal product quality. Understand effects of raw materials and equipment on product quality. Mechanical ability, die assembly, understand torque requirements during assembly. Ability to lift to 50 pounds on occasion to assist with the extruder die/head assembly. High quality focus ensuring profile size and shape requirements are met. Ability to perform in a steady continuous flow operation. Area does not have conditioned air. . . requires ability to withstand heat Great wages paid weekly with paid breaks and lunch 2nd/3rd Shifts $25.00
