PLZ Corp is hiring Machine Operators I, II and III for multiple shifts at our Pacific facility. Whether you are looking to get started in manufacturing or bring previous machine operating experience, we have opportunities based on your skills and experience. Available Shifts Monday through Thursday, 5:25 a.m. to 4:05 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3:55 p.m. to 2:35 a.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 3:55 a.m. to 4:05 p.m.

•Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours!

•Compensation Based on

Experience Machine Operator I:

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Machine Operator II:

$22.00 to $23.50 per hour

Machine Operator III:

$24.00 to $26.00 per hour Earn more for working off shifts: 2 nd shift includes a $1.00 per hour shift differential Weekend night shift includes an additional $5.00 per hour shift differential .

What You Will Do As a Machine Operator, you will help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities may include:

Operate and monitor production equipment Perform quality checks using scales, gauges and other measuring equipment Verify correct materials and components are being used for each production run Monitor product weights and ensure they remain within required specifications Maintain materials and components needed to keep production running Assist with production line changeovers Complete production documentation accurately and on time Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized using PLZ 5S standards Communicate material needs to warehouse and material handling teams Identify and report safety, equipment or quality concerns Work with your team to meet production, safety and quality expectations What We Are Looking For We are looking for dependable team members who: Put safety first Take pride in producing quality work Are comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment Can follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures Communicate well with teammates and leaders Are willing to learn new equipment and processes Want an opportunity to grow with the company Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience may qualify you for one of our higher level Machine Operator positions.
