Job Description

Operate pasteurizer to ensure product is pasteurized and safe at or above production and quality standards.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Operate pasteurizer in compliance with state and federal guidelines . Obtain milk and cream samples for testing by lab to include raw and processed product . Wash and sanitize milk silos, cream tanks, and any other equipment as needed . Produce product according to guidelines and separate into correct batches . Follow recipe guidelines for all products produced. . Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately . Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues . Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements . Monday-Friday 2:00 pm-10:30 pm
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
. Able to follow directions and carry out instructions . Able to effectively work in a team environment . Able to legibly write entries for record keeping . Able to work in a fast-paced environment . Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals . Must be able to read, write and speak
