Job Machine Operation:

Safely operate B-25 Band Saws, shot blasters, and 268 & 414 Groovers.

Quality Control:

Perform in-process inspections, verify dimensional conformance with drawings, and conduct surface prep.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of inspections, results, and daily, weekly, or monthly TPM checklists. Safety & 5

S:

Follow all safety procedures, report incidents/near misses, and maintain 5S duties (organization/cleanliness) in the work area.

Technical Skills:

Navigate Mendix for job/spool information, interpret blueprints/work orders, and use measuring tools.

Collaboration:

Communicate maintenance issues to Line Leads and Shift Supervisors.
