Provides support to assure the accurate, timely and quality delivery of components to customers.Starting wage:
Up to $22.15 to 23.80/hour After a successful 90-day probationary period: 15 paid holidays, paid vacation time, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and short-term disability benefits!Responsibilities:
Understand all requirements for Personal Protective Equipment, machine guarding, and other safety requirements; and comply with each applicable to position assigned. Complete manufacturing assembly utilizing standardized work, torque tools, pneumatic and other tools. Insert components into molds on a moving production line Remove, inspect, repair, and package product on a moving conveyor system Learn multiple jobs and rotate positions as scheduled Assist other manufacturing colleagues as needed to complete customer orders. Maintain work area to 5S standards for organization, housekeeping and inspection. Be actively involved with Continuous Improvement Program and participate in Kaizen events as scheduled.Qualifications:
Highschool graduate or equivalent Must be able to stand on feet for 8 or more hours. Must have ability to use both hands for assembling product. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
