Job Description

Production/Filling-Soap Hillyard, Inc. is currently taking applications for Production for our Soap team in St. Joseph, MO . Do you have Production experience? Are you familiar with FDA regulations? Do you like working in a small team environment? If you answered "Yes" then the Hillyard Soap Team has the Career Opportunity for you.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. Measure, mix, and prepare raw materials. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet FDA and company specifications. Assist with packaging, labeling, and inspection of finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Complete accurate documentation for production activities. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Qualifications Include:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Possess fundamental mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with FDA regulations and GMP requirements preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new process and technologies.
