Responsibilities:

Operate packaging equipment and production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality product output while following company policies, GMP, and FDA regulations. Perform routine quality inspections, safety checks, and inventory transactions, including SAP functions such as batch reconciliation, material movements, cycle counts, and inventory control. Assist with equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and root cause analysis (RCA) to minimize downtime and maintain production targets. Support housekeeping, 5S initiatives, and environmental health & safety programs to maintain a clean, compliant, and safe manufacturing environment.
