Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Monitor machine performance, material flow, temperatures, and production output to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and report equipment concerns to maintenance
• Measure, inspect, and verify product dimensions using basic quality tools (calipers, gauges, scales)
• Document production data, machine settings, material usage, and any deviations from standard processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and support continuous improvement efforts Requirements for

Machine Operator:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics or related industries
• Ability to read and follow production instructions, safety procedures, and basic technical documents
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
