We're hiring for our Charcoal Kiln Department, the toughest department in our operation. This team is responsible for producing our premium lump charcoal by burning lumber in outdoor kilns. The work is hot, dirty, and physically demanding, but it's also rewarding for people who enjoy hands-on work and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. What You'll Do Remove lumber that has not burned properly during the charcoal-making process Remove metal bands used to bundle lumber Prepare and load kilns for the next burn cycle Perform general cleanup and other production-related tasks Work safely while maintaining production standards Work Environment This is 100% outdoor work in all weather conditions. You'll be working around heat, dust, dirt, and heavy materials in a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor throughout their shift.
