Essential Functions :

Operate the blending/grinding equipment in a safe and efficient manner to supply quality raw and recycled materials to production, troubleshoot material weight variances and blender/grinder process issues. Unloading rail cars/may unload load trucks of Raw Materials including Supersacks, Gaylords and Bulk Containers

• verify Certificate of Analysis (COA) before offload for accuracy, process all delivery paperwork 5S all departmental areas (blending/grinding).

Maintain housekeeping on floors of blending/grinding operation Perform basic maintenance activities for the blending/grinding department including filter changes and calibrating scales Assist in Cycle Counts of raw materials, silo inventory of blended materials

• communicate to management Maintain and verify all blending production run formulas, trial formulas and approved deviations Regular Walkthroughs of the department to ensure efficiency and environmental integrity Other Duties Assigned by the Blending Supervisor
