Assembly Operator - 1st Shift Edelbrock Group | Olive Branch, MS Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Build Performance. Build Your Career. For generations, Edelbrock has been one of the most recognized names in automotive performance. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Assembly Operator to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in doing the job right, and want a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As an Assembly Operator, you'll help assemble and prepare products according to customer and production specifications.
Responsibilities include:
Perform assembly operations on components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies Follow established work instructions and sequences for unpacking, preparation, and component installation Use a standard tape measure to properly assemble and install components Assemble and modify product orders based on customer specifications Use hand tools and other equipment commonly found in a manufacturing and warehouse environment Maintain equipment, materials, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition Read, understand, and follow written work instructions Work safely and efficiently while meeting production expectations Work effectively both independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Previous assembly experience preferred, particularly experience working with hoses Ability to read and use a standard tape measure Strong communication skills Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Join the Edelbrock Team At Edelbrock Group, we're proud of the products we build and the people who build them.
