Job Summary:

The Production & Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and producing high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position operates production equipment, follows work instructions and safety standards, and ensures products meet quality specifications while maintaining production goals.

Responsibilities:

Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and specifications. Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect parts for quality, defects, and compliance with company standards. Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety procedures. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects to supervisors. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic math and communication skills. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Forklift certification or experience is preferred. Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed. #LSR125

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
