Schedule:

Day Shift, approximately 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Baldwyn, MS. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, including operating machinery in a production environment. Candidates must be punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable learning to operate new machines and equipment. Job Responsibilities Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures. Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process. Learn new machines, processes, and production techniques as needed. Follow all workplace safety guidelines and production requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Identify and report equipment issues or production concerns to the appropriate supervisor. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience required. Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to maintain consistent attendance. Willingness and ability to learn new machinery and production processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
