Drive standardization of best practices across shifts and production lines.
Maintenance & Technical Troubleshooting:
Perform routine maintenance using hand tools and basic equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues, including screw wear, surging, and material flow challenges. Lead root cause analysis for downtime events using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone). Partner with Maintenance to monitor equipment performance and support commissioning of new or rebuilt extrusion lines.
Qualifications:

Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform medium to heavy physical tasks. Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and climbing. Ability to lift, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
