What You'll Be Doing Operate production equipment including extruders, presses, and other manufacturing machinery. Monitor machine performance and make basic operational adjustments to maintain production efficiency. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Track and report production and scrap information accurately. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with problem-solving efforts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals. Operate sit-down forklifts when trained and certified. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Senatobia, MS. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00
