Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
Setting up and operating a laser Loading and unloading material and changing tooling Inspecting and maintaining equipment for compliance with safety requirements Corrects any safety issues prior to performing operations Inspects parts per work in process inspection procedure and ensures they meet engineering specifications Resolves quality and mechanical problems, making minor repairs and equipment adjustments as needed Prioritizes production to ensure customer orders are completed in a timely manner Maximizes machine run time and productivity Maintains machine and tooling Replace nozzles and lens as required to ensure safe machine operation Work from blueprints, engineering specifications and production schedules •
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE OPERATING A LASER

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years proven experience operating a laser Ability to read and interpret blueprints Demonstrated ability to read, write and perform basic math calculations Ability to stand for long periods of time Punctual and dependable attendance record Must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment.
