Job Description

Title:

Machine Operator- 3rd

Shift Compensation:

$17.00/hr

Shift/Working Hours:

11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Monday-Friday About the role: PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Arden to find a Machine Operator for the night shift. You will visually inspect product quality and package finished items from production presses.

What you will do:

Inspect product quality, perform weigh-counts, package items according to instructions, and apply labels to boxes. Operate automatic machines, grind runners, record hourly scrap, and perform secondary tasks like trimming, assembly, or printing. Respond to press alarms, segregate suspect parts, notify supervisors of issues, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Physical capability to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail to follow packaging instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
