Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Arden to recruit Machine Operators across multiple shifts. In this role, you will visually inspect products for defects, perform minor processing steps, and package finished items directly from production presses to maintain quality standards. What You Will Do Inspect mold shots, package products according to instructions, perform weigh-counts, and apply labels to boxes. Respond to press alarms, insert mold pins/disks, trim or assemble parts, grind runners, and record hourly scrap rates. Report machinery issues to supervisors, keep work areas clean, and follow ISO9001 and site safety standards. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you! Ability to stand for shift duration, use basic math, and operate measurement gauges and fixtures. Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during operations. Attention to detail to follow packaging instructions, quality guidelines, and safety practices.
