Job Description
Position Summary As an Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating print presses, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment to meet customer standards. You'll monitor production, perform quality checks, prepare materials, and support team training—all while following safety and maintenance protocols. Responsibilities Set up and run print presses based on job specification. Conduct quality checks and measurements Mix and dispense inks, prepare materials, and scan components Clean and maintain presses and equipment Mentor entry-level operators and troubleshoot issues Follow safety and operational procedures Basic Qualifications 3+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime Color vision and visual acuity (screening required) Team player with strong communication skills Flexographic printing experience is a plus Kindly go to our website and complete an application at https://fibertexpersonalcare.com/position/operator/
