Job Description

Assembly Operator Compensation :
$20/hr
Shift/Working Hours:
1st Shift | 6:00 am to 4:30 pm | Monday - Thursday About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing leader in Asheville, NC, to find a detail-oriented Assembly Operator to build high-quality gear boxes using engineering designs. What You Will Do Perform all operations necessary to assemble, test, and ship speed reducers while following
ISO 9001
quality procedures. Read and interpret assembly routers and drawings to accurately place component parts into storage systems. Maintain safety standards by using proper PPE and reporting concerns while working efficiently in a team environment. What You Will Bring If you have these skills and characteristics, we want to hear from you!
Technical Skills:
High school diploma (or equivalent), the ability to use basic hand tools, and a Forklift Certification.
Physical Ability:
Capability to stand continuously for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs continuously and occasionally.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Microsoft D365 and the ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions. What Sets This Opportunity Apart (The Perks!)
