Design & Prepress:

Jump into Adobe Illustrator (and the broader Creative Suite) to create, tweak, and prep files. You'll handle layout, typography, and prepress checks to ensure everything looks sharp and prints flawlessly.

Wide-Format & Signage:

Produce eye-catching banners, signs, and wide-format materials from print to finishing touches.

Digital Press Operation:

Set up, run, and monitor regular digital presses to pump out high-quality short-run jobs efficiently.

Finishing & Fabrication:

It's not just printing—you'll handle the finishing touches like trimming, mounting, cutting, and assembling the final product.

Mechanical Troubleshooting:

Use your mechanical aptitude to keep machines running smoothly, clear jams, perform basic maintenance, and troubleshoot hiccups on the fly.

Quality Control:

Keep a eagle eye on color management and overall quality so that nothing leaves the shop unless it looks amazing. What We're Looking For (The Skills)

Illustrator Expert:

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, specifically tailored for print prepress, wide-format layouts, and signage production.

Press Experience:

Hands-on experience operating wide-format printers and standard digital presses.

Mechanical Mindset:

A natural knack for tinkering, adjusting industrial equipment, and solving equipment issues quickly.

Color & Detail Oriented:

Strong grasp of color management, calibration, and meticulous attention to detail. The "Maker"
