Job Summary Join our dynamic hiring event for Manufacturing Operators specializing in Assembly and Press operations! As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality products through hands-on machine operation, assembly, and materials handling. Duties Operate various manufacturing machinery including press brake machines and plastics injection molding equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols Perform assembly tasks using hand tools and robotic systems to ensure efficient production flow Conduct quality inspections utilizing measurement instruments and dimensional measurement techniques to verify product specifications Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, ensuring proper storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist engineering teams with troubleshooting industrial equipment or robotic systems as needed Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, measurements, and quality checks in compliance with company standards Support the setup and calibration of machinery such as press brakes machines, and plastics extrusion systems for optimal performance Qualifications Prior experience with plastics blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion manufacturing is highly desirable Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), machining, and robotic systems is a plus Hands-on experience operating industrial equipment Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and engineering issues effectively Familiarity with measurement tools including precision measuring instruments and dimensional measurement techniques for quality control Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and adjustments Warehouse experience including materials handling with forklifts is advantageous Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and quality inspection standards This position is ideal for proactive individuals eager to grow within the manufacturing industry.
