AM Pay:

$16.00/hour We are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join a growing production team in South Charlotte. This position offers a consistent overnight schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment Perform product quality inspections and quality control checks Use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures and document results Package finished products into bags and/or boxes Label products and prepare shipments Build and label boxes, stack products, and wrap pallets Follow written and verbal work instructions Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with supervisors and fellow team members to meet production goals Assist in other production-related tasks as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and communicate effectively English and/or Spanish speaking Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license Ability to lift 25-30 pounds regularly Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude What We Offer Consistent Monday-Friday overnight schedule Weekly pay Opportunity for long-term employment Supportive team environment On-the-job training PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
