Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products are packaged according to customer specifications. Candidates must be able to read and understand instructions and documentation in English to ensure safety and product quality. 2nd Shift Hours are 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm 3rd Shift Hours are 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage and control machine operation in a safe and efficient manner. Monitor raw material levels and replenish as necessary to avoid production delays. Perform assembly and other secondary operations as assigned. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet all customer requirements and specifications. Package finished products, including labeling and counting, per customer specifications. Complete and maintain accurate production records and documentation, including reading, entering, and training others on work instructions. Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Language Requirement Must be able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English in order to: Comprehend written work instructions, safety notices, and machine documentation. Complete paperwork accurately and legibly. Understand and respond to verbal instructions and safety protocols. Participate in training and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing, operating machinery, using tools, and performing repetitive motions involving frequent bending and stooping. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., filled boxes).
Visual acuity required to:
Read instructions and labels. Operate machinery safely. Inspect parts and products for quality. Work Conditions Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, moderate noise, and variable temperatures. Standard shift hours; overtime or weekend work may be required based on production needs.
