Entry Level AT&T Assistant

Principles Strategies is hiring for an Entry Level AT&T Assistant role with our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in a professional setting, gain hands-on experience, and build skills in communication, leadership, and business operations. In this role, you'll work directly with customers, helping them get set up with AT&T services and making sure they have a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. No prior experience is required, we provide full training.

What You'll Do:

Assist customers with setting up AT&T wireless and internet services Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information on available options Help guide customers through the enrollment process Work alongside a team to hit daily and weekly goals Learn basic business, leadership, and team development skills
