  • Development and Optimization Develop coating process flows, parameters, and work instructions based on product specifications. Continuously optimize coating processes to improve product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce manufacturing costs.
  • Technical Support for Production Guide production staff in the correct operation of coating equipment and proper handling of coating materials. Troubleshoot process-related issues during production to enhance yield and ensure consistent quality.
  • Process Validation and Sample Trials Participate in new product introduction, including process validation and sample preparation. Conduct experiments, collect and analyze process data, and prepare reports on process improvements.
  • Equipment and Material Management Assist in the maintenance, debugging, and stable operation of coating-related equipment. Evaluate and select appropriate coating materials, solvents, and auxiliaries to meet production needs.
  • Quality and Safety Control Collaborate with the quality team to analyze and resolve coating-related quality issues. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and compliance with environmental and occupational health standards.
  • Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination Work closely with R D, quality, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Support customer sample testing and provide technical solutions during exchanges and reviews. Qualifications
  • Language Skills Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
  • Education Bachelor's degree or above in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Surface Treatment, or related fields.
  • Work Experience Prior experience in coating, spraying, or surface treatment processes is preferred.
  • Technical Skills Familiarity with coating techniques such as spraying, dip coating, brushing, and selective coating is a plus. Ability to read basic technical drawings and process documentation. Knowledge of coating materials, additives, and solvents, including their properties and application conditions.
  • Equipment and Process Debugging Capable of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting coating equipment. Experience supporting the introduction and validation of new equipment and processes.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis Basic data analysis skills and the ability to identify and resolve process issues through experimentation and root cause analysis. Ability to write technical reports and create work instructions.
  • Communication and Teamwork Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Other Requirements Able to work in a production floor environment and perform under pressure.
Willingness to work overtime as needed. Strong desire to learn, with enthusiasm for process improvement and innovation.
