Assistant Blending Supervisor - FIRST SHIFT Warren Oil Company, Inc. - 2.8 Dunn, NC Job Details Full-time 5 days ago Benefits Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Blending English High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Measuring instruments Manufacturing Manufacturing company experience Conducting blending techniques Full Job Description Incentives Full time opportunity Competitive pay Full benefits Assistant Blending Supervisor ResponsibilitiesDuties Hook up production lines in the pit to correct tank per the work order Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately Report any spills or leaks that could cause a potential accident or effect the environment Load/Unload bulk shipments via railcar and truck Gauge tanks Direct daily operations when supervisor is absent Troubleshoot minor issues including but not limited to pumps, in-line blender, and pneumatic lines. Analyze schedule and determine time availability to refill storage tanks. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects Drive projects to completion and solve problems when necessary Blend product on Inline Blender via industrial workstation Other duties as assigned Assistant Blending Supervisor Qualifications High School diploma or (GED) Ability to multi-task under limited supervision At least 2 years of experience in compounding/blending manufacturing environment At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment Forklift certification Yard Driver experience a plus Requires attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and strong problem- solving ability Experience operating pumps and valves Ability to read and legibly write English Must be able to read and interpret standard gauges and instruments Ability to work with others Warren Oil is the largest independent blender and packager of lubricants to the automotive, agriculture, commercial and heavy duty markets in North America.
