Shift:

Monday•Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30 PM Mandatory overtime required on Fridays and Saturdays Pay Rates 16.25 USD hourly Essential Requirements Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting Ability to identify and describe machines used in previous roles Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule Dependable transportation to and from the job site Ability to lift heavy objects Willingness to wear steel-toe or safety-toe shoes for 10-12 hours a day, up to 6 days a week Role Responsibilities Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to specifications Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal output Perform routine quality checks on finished products Conduct basic troubleshooting to resolve minor operational issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times Benefits Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment Stable, full-time hours with consistent scheduling Development of technical skills in machine operation
