What You'll Be Doing As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll play an essential role in maintaining efficient production operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities Include:
Operate manufacturing and production machinery safely and efficiently Load raw materials and monitor machine performance Adjust machine settings, speed, pressure, and controls as needed Track production counts, material usage, and operational data Perform quality inspections, including measurements, weights, and visual checks Identify and report production or equipment issues Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all manufacturing and workplace safety procedures Operate a forklift after completing company-provided certification Required Qualifications Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience required Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs as needed Willingness to obtain Fork Truck (Forklift) Certification High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions in English Benefits Upon Permanent Hire 401(k) with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee referral program Schedule Training /
Contract-to-Hire Phase Week One:
Monday•Thursday 6:00 AM•6:00
PM Week Two:
Monday•Thursday 6:00 PM•6:00 AM Alternating day and night shifts every other week. Upon Permanent Hire Employees transition to a DuPont shift schedule, providing extended time off throughout the rotation.
