Fairview, NC 1st shift- 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay rate: $17.61Temp-to-hire About Us:
We manufacture high-quality Relays and Switches for the Aerospace industry. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Assembly Operator I at our Fairview, NC facility. If you're detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team, we want to meet you!Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components using hand tools, fixtures, and microscopes as needed Inspect your own work in accordance with quality standards and work instructions Conduct pull tests and measure components using calipers, gauges, and other devices Complete operational paperwork to maintain product traceability Read and perform tasks according to drawings Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs to equipment as necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety guidelines and all company policies Support housekeeping and organizational efforts Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum one year manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer skills preferred Good communication skills Ability to read and interpret product blueprints preferred Experience with measuring devices (gages, calipers, etc.) preferred Ability to multitask and prioritize work Ability to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the time Ability to operate machinery and move between work zones Proficiency in understanding written instructions in English Willingness to work overtime as required As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.Please note:
