Entry Level Assembly Operator - 1st Shift
NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Fairview, NC Shift:
1st Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm)
Pay Rate:
$17.61/hour

Temp-to-Hire Our Client is a global leader in manufacturing Relays and Switches for the Aerospace industry. We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Assembly Operator I at our Fairview, NC facility. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components according to detailed work instructions and drawings. Use microscopes, small hand tools, and fixtures for precise assembly tasks. Understand and inspect products using quality standards and measurement devices (such as calipers and gauges). Perform pull tests and troubleshoot minor equipment issues as needed. Complete required operational paperwork to ensure product traceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company's EH&S policies. Follow all company and departmental guidelines, policies, and safety procedures. Support production goals by being available for overtime when required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Physically able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds and operate necessary machinery. Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and move between work zones as needed. Proficiency in understanding and following written instructions in English.
