Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Packaging & Shipping Associate (Long-Term Opportunity) We are seeking a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room for growth. Compensation is per package successfully completed and loaded onto a delivery truck. The requirement for this position is to complete a minimum of six (6) packages daily. Forklift operating experience is required; however, current certification is not necessary. This position also involves moving and handling combination doors and other materials that may weigh up to 100 pounds or more. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work and lifting heavy items as needed. Please carefully consider these requirements before submitting your application.

What You'll Do:

Pull and prepare customer orders Package doors, windows, tubs, and other products for shipment Ensure orders are accurate, secure, and ready for delivery Work efficiently to complete orders and meet daily goals

Ability to lift 75-150 lbs consistently Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Problem-solving mindset and goal oriented Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Someone looking for long-term, steady work

Pay Structure:

Compensation is per package (performance-based pay) High performers have the opportunity to earn more based on productivity
