In this role, you will assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards while maintaining an efficient production pace. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are looking for a consistent four-day workweek.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts and components using hand tools and basic production equipment Follow work instructions, specifications, and established assembly procedures Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and defects Package, label, and prepare finished products as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and ability to work the full Monday-Thursday schedule
