Machine Operator We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at Acucote, part of Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating or converting machines within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of machines, meeting production goals, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain coating or converting machines in a manufacturing setting to ensure consistent production output. Set up machines for production runs, including making necessary tooling changes and adjusting programming parameters. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with production specifications. Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal working condition. Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and ensure adherence to company standards. Follow work instructions and production schedules accurately to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in materials handling and fabrication techniques. Strong knowledge of tooling, machine operations, and programming. Experience operating milling machines and precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes. Experience with operating stamping presses and related equipment. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during production runs. Forklift certification or prior experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
