Location/Division Specific Information:
Greenville, NC How Will You Make an Impact? The Packaging/Labeling Technician II supports AVI operations by ensuring materials, components, and packaging supplies are accurately received, stored, staged, and delivered to production areas in compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining material availability and supporting uninterrupted sterile manufacturing operations. Shift hours are 6am-6pm on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. A Day inLife:
Deliver materials, components, and packaging supplies to AVI lines according to production schedules. Stage materials for production work orders while ensuring GMP compliance and proper material traceability. Perform SAP inventory transactions for material movement, issuing, and returns. Support component staging and replenishment to maintain continuous production flow. Assist with line clearance activities and removal of unused or expired materials from production areas. Verify material identification, lot numbers, and expiration dates prior to issuing production. Operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in accordance with site policies. Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy. Maintain clean, organized staging areas in accordance with 5S and safety standards. Communicate material needs with warehouse, and planning teams to prevent production interruptions.Education:

Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), GMP guidelines, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production timelines. Basic computer skills for inventory transactions and system entries. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Physical Requirements / Work Environment Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching during the shift. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Work performed in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may include temperature-controlled areas and moderate noise levels.
