Responsibilities:

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, products, or equipment. Perform basic tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials within the facility. Operate hand tools and simple machinery as needed for various tasks. Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment. Assist skilled workers in more complex tasks as required. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks in a timely manner. Support the assembly and production process by performing manual labor tasks. Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in designated containers. Perform routine maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of manual labor. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Basic understanding of workplace safety practices. Team player with good communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed. Flexibility to work in different areas of the facility as required. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
