You'll set up and operate bridge saw equipment, follow blueprint specifications, and handle materials with care. Your work supports reliable production and helps customers receive stone pieces that fit their project requirements. Responsibilities Operate bridge saws and related power tools to cut granite and quartz to specified dimensions. Read blueprints, take dimensional measurements, and use basic math and a tape measure to verify cuts. Move slabs and finished pieces using forklifts or other heavy equipment, following safe materials-handling practices. Support fabrication, machining, assembly, stone finishing, and polishing as production needs require.

Accurate cuts and careful finishing help fabrication and installation teams complete projects with components that fit as specified. Requirements Mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools; manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or fabrication experience is helpful. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work around heavy equipment in a production environment. Follow safety standards, safety regulations, and established safety protocols, including consistent personal protective equipment (PPE) use and adherence. Respiratory protection is required when specified by the task or safety procedures. Experience with forklift operation, dimensional measurements, blueprint specifications, stone finishing, polishing, machining, or assembly is preferred.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
