How would you contribute? This role is a contributing member of our Airlite Nonwovens team, located in Hildebran, North Carolina. As a Machine Operator you are a key to continued growth and success of Airlite. This role is responsible for supervise line employees, operate machine at high skill level to achieve desired results. To lead and coordinates the operation of the equipment and personnel of the area, with the main purpose of achieving the goals of Safety, Quality and Productivity. Operates the equipment and maintains good settings to produce desired results as set forth by the Production Scheduler and Shift Supervisor. Maintains organization of activities and assigned line employees accordingly to achieve all work scheduled.
