This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate printing machines according to job specifications
  • Load materials, adjust machine settings, and monitor print quality throughout production
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, color consistency, and quality standards
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Complete required logs, labels, and documentation
  • Communicate issues or delays to the supervisor promptly Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating printing or manufacturing machinery preferred
  • Ability to read work orders, labels, and production instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment
  • Fast‑paced production floor
  • Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
  • PPE required (training provided)
