Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Assembly Associate, where your mechanical skills and attention to detail will drive the creation of high-quality products. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for assembling components, reading blueprints and schematics, and ensuring precision in every task. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to manufacturing excellence while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Whether you're experienced in fabrication or eager to develop new skills, this role provides a rewarding pathway into the manufacturing industry. Duties Assemble products and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide assembly processes Use welding, soldering, machining, and fabrication techniques to complete complex assemblies Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods Conduct quality checks with precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve assembly processes Skills Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining tools Knowledge of fabrication techniques including welding and sheet metal work Ability to operate forklifts safely within a warehouse setting Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems This position is paid and open to individuals eager to build their expertise in assembly and manufacturing. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
