Job Description
Shifts Available 3rd Shift (10:30pm - 6:30am) 5th Shift (6:30pm - 6:30am) Requirements of the Machine Operator High school diploma or GED 5 years of machine operation experience Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively Capacity to stand for extended periods Demonstrated stability in past employment Previous experience in machine software navigation Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, instructions and documentation General computer knowledge and software navigation ability Ability to troubleshoot equipment Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated by the client Perks of the Machine Operator Paid Time Off Health, Dental & Vision Retirement Benefits or Accounts Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Adhere to work instructions to manufacture products according to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Meet production quotas as set by our clients Follow safety protocols and procedures Demonstrate multitasking abilities Perform other assigned duties HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer
