Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operator 1, Machine to join their team. As an Operator 1, Machine, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM What's the Job? Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards. Work effectively within a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives. Make effective decisions relative to position requirements while following instructions and standard operating procedures. Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within the assigned process or method. What's Needed? 1 to 2 years of previous machine operator experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, interpret specifications, and perform basic math calculations. Effective communication skills understandable by co-workers and supervisors.
