Job Description
Responsibilities of all Triangle Brick Company employees:

General Summary:
Lead Packaging Technician- Lead a team of employees in a fast paced, highly automated manufacturing environment
- Working leader, working side-by-side with team members
- Work is primarily indoors with continuously open doors to outside weather conditions
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Take on an active role in leading departmental 5S initiatives
- Position is 2ND SHIFT (1pm-9pm) Monday-Friday Skills and Abilities
- Prioritize SAFETY first, then QUALITY and
PRODUCTION
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to direct work and hold team accountable for results
- Communicate clearly with management and fellow team members
- Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, climb and lift 50 lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and return all tools to service in as good or better condition than when started
- Work overtime, as needed (including some weekends)
