We are growing and looking for someone to help run our major cabinetmaking equipment, including CNC router, CNC saw, edge bander, and dowel machine. You will read drawings and set up the equipment to help us build custom cabinets that kitchens and baths around the greater Charlotte area! You will also be maintaining the integrity of the equipment you use, making minor repairs to keep everything running, and maintaining a high level of safety in the workplace. The ideal candidate works well in a team and has previous experience in a shop environment. What You'll Do Cut, edge band, and dowel custom cabinet parts to our high-quality standards Conduct quality control checks to confirm each cabinet meets standards What We're Looking For Great character and team chemistry
