Machine Operator:

Machine Operation :

Setup, calibrate, operate, and monitor high-speed production machinery following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Process & Quality Assurance :

Perform regular quality checks, record downtime/production logs, and ensure batch consistency throughout the manufacturing run.

Packaging & Material Staging:

Assist in staging raw materials and packaging finished chemical/resin products into bags, totes, or drums.

Basic Equipment Maintenance :

Clean, inspect, and assist with routine basic maintenance and troubleshooting on production lines.

Safety & Compliance:

Preferred Candidate:

Experience with fast-paced production environments Experience working in a HOT environment reaching temperatures in excess of 100 degrees Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills Basic Computer Skills and experience with Microsoft Excel Skilled with micrometers, tape measures (test required) , and light meters for quality checks Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and stand for 10-12 hours High School Diploma or GED Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus (not required) We don't hire temps, we hire
