Batch Room Operators shall prepare and mix raw materials and ingredient formulations for beverage production, maintain and operate batch equipment, and conduct daily maintenance tasks. Batch Room Operators shall also document and report CIP cycles, ingredient mixing and equipment usage. Responsibilities You shall be responsible for preparing and mixing minerals, flavorings and other raw materials required for producing water or syrup for use in bottling operations based upon mixing instructions, ensure the accurate completion of clean in place (CIP) processes, ensuring the correct preparation of tanks and equipment, and continuously monitoring the equipment and processes in the batching area. Maintaining the integrity of the water treatment system, reverse osmosis system, process water storage tank, and water filtration system. Daily duties include but are not limited to reviewing production schedules, coordinating the raw materials required for upcoming batching, completing batching process ensuring that timing anticipates the needs of the production lines limiting potential down time. Responsible for completing accurate reporting for raw material usage/waste (lots, expirations, quantity used, quantity returned), CIPs, sanitation, and partnering with quality assurance and lab to maintain product specifications ensuring final beverage meets product specifications. Maintain effective communication with coworkers, management, and supervisors. Perform other duties and tasks assigned. Maintain safe and clean working environment by performing housekeeping complying with GMPs SQF HAACP, LOTO and general workplace safety standards Must maintain accurate documentation that is legible, and organized Must follow good manufacturing practices Must ensure food safety and quality are maintained by following regulations and company guidelines Participate in ongoing training related to job duties, safety, equipment operation, and product handling. Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of batching experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications
• 2 or more years of batching in beverage manufacturing industry Education / Certificates
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Requirements Prolonged standing of 6 or more hours Ability to perform repetitious work.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to stand up to 80% of shift. Squatting, and pushing/pulling up to 30% of shift. Twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting up to 80% of shift. Repetitive Tasks and motions Operation of pallet jacks and/or forklift operation

Expected Hours:

Variable shifts; production lines run 24 hours / 7 days a week and requires all employees to have open availability, including but not limited to working weekends, evenings, holidays.
